Nebaj - Todos Santos (5 Days)

GTQ GTQ2,000.00
  • Duration: 5 Days
  • Location: Xela

Join us on our incredible 5-day trek from Nebaj to Todos Santos! From the 2000 year-old Mayan mountain city of Nebaj, we will trek through the remote agrarian villages of the Cuchumatanes Mountains on a journey towards the infamous village of Todos Santos. Along the way, we will pass through an incredible variety of landscapes while staying with local families and communities. On our final day of trekking, we will ascend La Torres, the highest non-volcanic point in Central America (3837m), before descending through the beautiful Parque La Maceta towards our final destination: Todos Santos. This village is a vibrant reminder of Guatemala's history, and it remains one of the last few villages where both men and women still wear the traditional traje of their ancestors. Todos Santos truly is one of the most colorful and distinct places one can experience while travelling through the Guatemalan Highlands. We will return to Xela after an evening's rest in Todos Santos around lunchtime on Day 5.

Please note that this trek must be booked by 11am the Monday prior to the departure to avoid a 50Q late fee.

**There is a mandatory pre-trip meeting at 6:00pm the evening prior to the trek leaving where you will meet your guides and fellow trekkers, borrow any gear you may need to borrow, receive communal gear, etc.**
